The Mandate In strict alignment with the Theron International Foundation, all governance seats at Theron H²O operate under an absolute “America First, America Only” directive.
Eligibility: Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an unyielding commitment to prioritizing domestic labor, American supply chains, and national security.
Fiduciary Duty: Board members are contractually mandated to fiercely safeguard the intellectual property, proprietary engineering, and operational synergy of the Foundation’s integrated WEF triad.
Compensation: These are active, paid governance positions reserved for leaders with deep expertise in industrial scaling, asset management, and strategic oversight.
All prospective board members must execute a comprehensive, highly restrictive Board Member Agreement and Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) before advancing to formal vetting or accessing proprietary engineering documentation.
