Theron H2O (The Manufacturer) provides a comprehensive 5-year limited warranty on all Tier-1 and National Retail units, provided they are installed by an Authorized Theron Dealer and maintained under the “Islanded” CREU protocol.
The Theron Guarantee: Our high-RPM turbines and magnetic hardware as well as atmospheric water and if included, revenrse osmosis filters are engineered for a service life of 90,000 Hours (approx. 10 years) under continuous operation—outperforming traditional standby generators by over 3,000%.
Certified Installation: Warranty is only valid if commissioned by a Tier-1 Authorized Dealer.
Zero-Grid Compliance: Any detection of grid back-feed via Theron firmware lockouts voids all manufacturer liability immediately.
Maintenance Liability: The local Dealer assumes all labor and travel costs for on-site service. Theron H2O (OEM) provides the replacement hardware for manufacturer defects.
5-Year Industrial Warranty
Theron H2O Matrix: 43,830 Continuous Hours
This warranty covers the integrated ATMAG H2O Utility Matrix, including the Permanent Magnetic Generator (PMG), Reverse Osmosis (RO) filtration, and thermodynamic cooling loops.
Mandatory Maintenance Protocols:
- Air Intake: Monthly cleaning of high-capacity air filters.
- Filtration: Annual OEM replacement of Sediment & Carbon stages.
- RO Matrix: Replacement of RO membrane every 24-36 months.
- Sterilization: UV-C lamp replacement every 9,000 hours.
- Thermal: Annual Freon pressure/leak audit.
Failure to maintain documented logs of these actions voids the 5-year OEM hardware protection.
